  1. I as an ex serviceman from Indian army (EME) retaired from Service Wef 31Mar 2025. I have purchased a plot 1600sqft near Bhubaneswar on 15 Oct 2025.How I built a building through AWHO. please guide me.

    • Please note that the Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) does not undertake individual house construction on privately owned plots. AWHO’s role is limited to developing and allotting housing projects (flats, plots, or dwelling units) at specific approved locations across India, where eligible serving or retired defence personnel can register and apply for allotment.

  2. Is this applicable to EX Servicemen also ?? No projects in Hyderabad ??
