Steps to Book via Armaan Application
- Open your web browser.
- Type: https://armaan.gov.in.
- Click on Personal Login.
For Veteran Users, please register first by sharing your Name, working phone number, and ECHS card image at armymahakumbh2025(@)gmail(.)com. You will get an email stating:
“Dear Sir,
Your response has been received and our records will be updated within 4 hrs.
You may check by logging in after 4 hrs. Regards,
Team Armaan.”

- Type: https://armaan.gov.in.
- Click on Veteran Guest Login.
- Complete the login procedure:
- Insert your phone number.
- Click on Agree.
- Type the Captcha.
- Click on Submit.
Checking Guest Room Availability
- Click on Army Maha Kumbh 2025.
- Select Guest Room Booking.
- Follow these steps:
- Choose the Category (JCO/OR, OFFR).
- Select the From Date and To Date.
- Check the availability of guest rooms.
Visitor Pass Booking for Maha Kumbh 2025
- Click on Army Maha Kumbh 2025.
- Select Visitor Pass.
- Click on Book Visit and Provide Visitor Details like
- Select your Visit Date.
- Choose a Time Slot.
- Enter the Number of Visitors.
- Fill in Visitor Details (Name, Age, Gender, Phone Number).
- Specify the Relation.
- Upload the Visitor’s Photo and click Submit.
- Click on View to check your booking details.
- Show these details at the entry gate for access.
Guest Room Booking Procedure
- Complete the Visitor Pass booking steps.
- Click on Army Maha Kumbh 2025.
- Select Guest Room Booking.
- Click on Book Accommodation. Provide Guest Room Details
- Select your Visitor ID.
- Choose the Category (JCO/OR, OFFR).
- Enter the From Date and To Date.
- Select the Guest Room.
- Choose the Number of Rooms and click Submit.
Payment for Guest Room Booking
- Enter your Transaction Details:
- Select the Payment Method (UPI / Bank Transfer).
- Enter the Transaction ID.
- Upload the Payment Image.
- Enter the Payment Date.
- Click on Submit Transaction Details.
- After submitting payment details:
- A confirmation message will appear: “Payment Details Submitted Successfully! You Will Receive a Notification Within 24 Hours”.
- Once confirmed by the admin, your booking status will be updated on the Booked Guest Room page.
