To avail of this service, pensioners have to book an appointment through a mobile app, website, or toll-free number. A doorstep agent will visit the pensioner’s home and collect the online life certificate using the Jeevan Pramaan app. This service aims to provide convenience and safety to pensioners, especially in the current pandemic situation.
