📌 What is ECHS Claim?

An ECHS Claim is a formal request for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by ECHS beneficiaries at hospitals or diagnostic centers. ECHS members can claim reimbursement for Out-Patient (OPD) treatments, In-Patient (IPD) hospitalizations, emergency treatments, and non-available (NA) medicines purchased from the market when they are not available at ECHS polyclinics. You can submit your claims online through the ECHS portal and track their processing status in real-time.

✅ Eligibility to File a Claim

You can file a claim if you have:

  • Valid ECHS Smart Card in your possession
  • Mobile Number Registered with your card
  • Active Card Status (verify with your Parent Polyclinic)
  • All Required Medical Documents ready

📋 Steps to Check Your Claim Status

Enter Your 12-Digit ECHS Card Number

Find your card number on the back of your ECHS Smart Card. It looks like: 0000XXXX0000

Enter Your Registered Mobile Number

Enter the 10-digit mobile number you registered with ECHS

Click "Get OTP for Login"

You'll receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS (usually arrives within 2 minutes)

Enter the OTP

Enter the OTP you received via SMS and click "Verify"

Check Your Claim Status

Go to "View Claims" or "Claim Status" section to see all your claims
